It can be tricky to send finished cupcakes in the mail, but we have these fabulous cupcake kits great for shipping. Get the parts you need for yummy gluten-free cupcakes, without having to bake!
In this kit you get 6 carrot cupcakes, a plastic piping bag and a side of fluffy cream cheese frosting to apply as you like - you may even want to order an extra side of frosting (see Cakes in the shipping menu) and we won't judge!
Ingredients
cake: organic cane sugar, carrots, expeller-pressed canola oil, free-range eggs, organic brown rice flour, organic sorghum flour, pure oat flour, arrowroot starch, garfava flour, tapioca starch, fresh ginger, baking soda, organic baking powder, guar gum, organic spices, vanilla bean
cream cheese frosting: icing sugar (contains cornstarch), cream cheese, Callebaut white chocolate, butter, vanilla bean
Allergens
Does not contain: gluten, soy, nuts, potato
Care
If you are not decorating and serving your cupcakes right away, we recommend freezing them. They will freeze well up to a month, depending on the storage conditions.
